How we proof

On garment. Always.

Every job gets a printed proof on the actual blank before the run starts. Not a render. Not a digital mockup. The decoration on the garment, in your hands, signed off before the press runs.

It adds a day to the lead time. It saves a thousand mistakes.

Questions about this blank

Heavy Tee · Stanley/Stella STTU169

Can I order fewer than 10?

Not for this blank. The dye lot we work with starts at ten — anything below and we can't guarantee the colour matches the rest of your run.

Will it shrink after washing?

Pre-shrunk during garment-dyeing. Expect 1–2% shift, no more. Wash inside-out at 30°C and the print holds for fifty washes plus.

Can I match a specific Pantone?

Yes for screen print and woven labels — exact Pantone match. For embroidery and DTG we get to the closest available thread or process colour and confirm on the proof.

What's the difference between this and the Mid-weight Tee?

Forty grams of cotton, a structured shoulder, opaque on light prints. The Mid-weight drapes; this one stands on a rack.

Do you sample before bulk?

Yes. One blank or one decoration sample, before commitment. Sample cost is credited against your order if you proceed.
