Made from 100% recycled polyester from post-consumer plastic bottles, The Sherpa Jacket is an ideal choice for creating custom outdoor wear. It has a fully bonded inside fleece layer with an anti-pill finish for a premium look and feel over time. Strategically placed contrast softshell inserts on the chest pocket, back yoke and collar band expand the possibilities for decoration placement and techniques and give a striking look. Can I order fewer than 10?

Not for this blank. The dye lot we work with starts at ten — anything below and we can't guarantee the colour matches the rest of your run.

Will it shrink after washing?

Pre-shrunk during garment-dyeing. Expect 1–2% shift, no more. Wash inside-out at 30°C and the print holds for fifty washes plus.

Can I match a specific Pantone?

Yes for screen print and woven labels — exact Pantone match. For embroidery and DTG we get to the closest available thread or process colour and confirm on the proof.
